What if Odexy isn't right for us?
Ask for your money back within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no retention call, and a reason is optional. We review each request before refunding it, and decline one only on clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated sign-up and refund cycles; a declined request doesn't use up your guarantee. Monthly and annual plans are covered alike. An owner or admin asks for it from the billing page. Your workspace moves to the Free plan rather than disappearing, so your data stays yours to keep using or export. One refund per organization; Enterprise and Custom agreements follow their own contract.What happens to AI credits I bought and never used?
They come back with the refund, at the price you actually paid for them — so a pack bought in a sale is refunded at the sale price, not at face value. Credits you already spent are not refunded: the work was done. Your plan's free monthly allowance isn't refunded either, because nothing was paid for it. Most AI vendors refuse to refund credits at all, which is easier to defend when the balance expires after a year — ours never expires.What counts as an AI action?
Each time the AI does something for you — writes a draft, summarizes a document, searches your records, or carries out a task. That is what your plan’s daily AI allowance counts, and it resets at midnight UTC. Using the product yourself never counts: browsing, editing, sending and exporting are yours to do as much as you like.Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately, and the difference is prorated. A downgrade that would put you over the new plan’s limits waits until you reduce your usage. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for; after that the workspace is read-only, so you can still view and export everything.What happens to my data if I cancel?
You always own your data. Export it any time — spreadsheets, structured files, and the full activity history. After cancellation the workspace stays read-only, so you can come back or take everything with you. Ask us to delete it and we delete it permanently within 30 days. Nothing held hostage, no export fee.How does the Free plan work — is it actually free?
Yes. Free forever, up to 5 seats, every module. 50 AI actions per day. No credit card required, no upgrade nag, no degraded UX. We expect to lose money on this tier and that's fine — it's how we know our product is worth paying for.Do you charge per seat or per organization?
Per organization. Each plan includes everyone up to its limit, and adding people inside that limit does not change your bill. Per-seat pricing rewards us for adding seats, which is a bad incentive — we want to reward you for getting more of your org onto Odexy.What if I hit my daily AI cap?
The AI gracefully waits till tomorrow. No overage fee, no surprise charge. If you regularly hit the cap, upgrade tiers — Enterprise has unlimited.Can I resell Odexy to my own clients?
