Your bill cannot surprise you.
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. When it runs out, AI features pause until the allowance renews — nothing is charged that you did not choose, and no overage invoice appears. If you want more before then, you buy it deliberately.
The same is true of the daily cap: hit it and the AI waits until tomorrow. There is no usage meter quietly running in the background of your account.
What spends a credit: sending an email, creating a task, advancing a deal, posting an invoice. Things that change state. Drafting a reply doesn't count until it sends, browsing your data doesn't count, and reading a doc to summarize it doesn't count.

Q.01What counts as an AI action?
AI actions = each independent action the AI executes on your behalf. Drafting a reply doesn't count as one until it sends. Browsing your data doesn't count. Reading a doc to summarize it doesn't count. What counts: sending an email, creating a task, advancing a deal, posting an invoice. Things that change state.Q.02Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately, prorated to the day. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep what you paid for. Cancellations end-of-period; data stays read-only on the Free tier.Q.03What happens to my data if I cancel?
You always own your data. Export it any time — spreadsheets, structured files, and the full activity history. After cancellation we keep it for 30 days in case you come back, then delete it permanently. Nothing held hostage, no export fee.Q.04Do you offer non-profit / education / startup discounts?
