3. Resell + earn
Bring your first client across. They pay you; you pay Odexy the partner rate; the 30% margin is recurring.
Two ways to earn.
Revenue share
30% of every client's subscription, recurring as long as they stay. Odexy bills the client directly; you receive the 30% net-30.
Reseller margin
We bill you 60% of list. You bill the client whatever you want. The margin is yours. Best for partners who bundle Odexy into a managed-services package.

No minimum client count. The partner SaaS console is free for the first 3 client orgs you provision.Q.03Can I white-label fully?
Yes. Custom domain, custom logo, custom email-sending domain, custom support email. The client-facing app shows your brand end-to-end. Odexy appears only on the legal pages (DPA, sub-processors) for compliance reasons.Q.04Who provides client support?
You do, for tier 1. Tier 2 (technical escalations, bugs, downtime) routes to Odexy under your brand. We share an internal Slack with you.Q.05How is the 30% paid?
Net-30 from the end of each calendar month, in your tenant's default currency. Visible in your partner console + statement emailed.Q.06Can I set my own prices?
Yes. Odexy bills you at the partner rate (60% of list); your client-facing price is yours to set. Some partners price by per-client retainer, some pass through with a markup.
