You choose how you are paid when you apply: a share of every payment for a year, or one bounty per customer based on their monthly subscription. Your tier is set by how many paying customers you have referred, and a higher tier applies to commission from the moment you reach it.

Someone clicks your link
Your link stores a referral for 90 days. If they click another partner's link later, that one replaces yours — the most recent link wins.

Within 90 days
They create a workspace
The workspace is credited to one partner when it is created. A customer can also type your code on the sign-up form, which counts the same as your link.

First payment
Commission is recorded
Each subscription payment they make records commission at your tier, in the currency they paid in. It shows as pending in your portal.

It becomes payable
If they cancel during the hold, that commission is voided. Otherwise it moves to payable on its own.

You are paid
Payouts are sent by our team, not on a fixed date, and include every currency where your payable balance has reached $50. Smaller balances carry over. Each payout appears in your portal, and you get an email when it is paid.

What earns commission, what reverses it, and what does not change for the customers you send.
- What commission is on
- A percentage of each subscription payment the customer makes, for a year from their first payment — or, if you chose the bounty, one payment worth a multiple of their monthly subscription (for a yearly plan, a twelfth of the yearly price).
- Your tier
- Set by how many paying customers you have referred, counted when each commission is recorded. Reaching a tier raises the rate on commission from then on.
- Refunds and disputes
- A refund or a lost card dispute reverses the matching share of the commission. If it was already paid out, the reversal comes off your next earnings.
- Your own company
- Commission is refused when you are a member of the referred workspace, or when your email matches one of its owners or admins.
- Currency
- Commission is earned and paid in the currency the customer paid in. The $50 payout minimum applies to each currency separately.
- What customers pay
- The same price as anyone else. Your link does not change their price, and there is no discount code for referred customers.

Partners sign in to a separate portal. New sign-ups, commission and payouts appear without a refresh, and you are emailed when a referral signs up, when commission becomes payable and when a payout is sent.

- Every workspace that signed up through you: name, country, plan, size range, status and what it has paid. Never its contacts or email addresses.
- Deals
- Register a prospect's company domain. Once approved it is yours for 180 days, and we email you before protection ends.
- Earnings
- Every commission line — pending, payable, paid or reversed — with running totals per currency.
- Payouts
- Each payout, its amount and currency, and whether it has been paid — with the reason if one fails.
- Team
- Give colleagues read-only access to your partner account.

Who can join?
Anyone who can send us customers: individuals and creators as affiliates, agencies that set Odexy up for their clients, and companies with a larger partnership in mind. Agencies and strategic partners apply as a company. There is no fee and no minimum number of referrals.How does applying work?
Create a partner account, then fill in a short application: how you will refer customers, your preferred referral code, and whether you want recurring commission or a bounty. Every application is reviewed by a person, and we aim to decide within 48 hours. If we decline, you will see why.Recurring commission or a one-time bounty — can I change my mind?
Yes, once every 30 days, from your portal settings, unless we have agreed a fixed model with you. Each referred customer keeps the model that was in force when they signed up, so a switch applies to new customers only.Which partner gets the credit?
The code the customer types when signing up, or otherwise the most recent partner link they clicked within 90 days. Each workspace is credited to one partner when it is created.What is deal registration for?
For a company you are already talking to. Register its email domain and, once we approve it, it is protected for 180 days: if the company signs up without another partner's link or code, the workspace is credited to you. Free email domains cannot be registered.When and how am I paid?

You cannot earn commission on your own company, offer customers a discount on our prices, or earn commission on partners you recruit — the programme is one level.
