Odexy vs. Odoo: an honest comparison.
Odoo is the long-standing open-source business suite, and its catalogue is genuinely enormous — manufacturing, inventory, e-commerce, point of sale. We cover less ground. What we offer instead is one consistent product rather than a catalogue assembled over two decades, an AI that can operate all of it, and a single price for your whole company.
Why teams switch from Odoo.
One product, not twenty years of layers
Odoo's interface changes character depending which app you are in — a consequence of how long it has been growing. Everything here looks and behaves the same way, so learning one part teaches you the rest.
The AI can use all of it
Odoo adds AI to particular workflows. Ours can operate any part of the product a person can — because it is using the same product, not a separate integration.
One price for the company
Odoo bills per user, so the invoice grows every time you hire. We charge once for the organisation, so it does not.
Side by side.
Read every row. Odexy isn't ahead on every dimension — we own that below.

The honest list.
- Manufacturing + MRP + supply-chain modules — Odexy doesn't enter these.
- POS + e-commerce — entire product lines Odexy doesn't cover.
- Self-hosting today — Odoo Community is open source; Odexy is SaaS-first.
- Region-specific localizations (especially Europe, India, Latin America).
Why our customers picked us.
- An AI that does the work, under the same permissions as your team.
- Modern, consistent stack and UX across every module.
- Audit log with deterministic AI replay.
- Per-organization pricing instead of per-app per-user.
- Multi-tenant white-label as a first-class feature.
Pricing — apples to apples.
List prices for the equivalent tier each vendor sells. Your actual spend depends on seats, add-ons, and the tools you stop paying for.
Odexy
$0 / $49 / $99 / $199 / $399 / Custom per org
Odoo
$9.10/user/month (Standard, all apps) or $13.60 (Custom); free self-hosted Community
A 20-person team on Odoo Standard: 20 × $9.10 = $182/month, and Odoo prices per app as well as per user, so the bill moves with both. Pricing verified 2026-09-05 from odoo.com/pricing. If you genuinely need manufacturing or point-of-sale, check which Odoo apps are essential before you switch — we do not cover those.
Migration path.
Odexy imports Odoo CRM, Accounting, HR, and Project data via Odoo's CSV/XML exports. The schema mapping is straightforward for the modules Odexy covers; manufacturing and POS data should stay in Odoo if those are mission-critical. Hybrid deployments — Odexy for customer/people/finance, Odoo for manufacturing — work via Odexy's webhook + event subscriber pattern.
Need a hand? Talk to migrations — first-week setup support is free for any team coming from Odoo.
