HubSpotMove from HubSpot

Leave HubSpot without losing anything.

HubSpot's per-seat + per-hub pricing scales faster than most teams' revenue. Odexy is per-org — every module included; no seat multiplier. Migrations preserve every deal, contact, company, ticket, and sequence.

Why teams leave

Every migration starts with a specific reason.

Per-seat + per-hub pricing runs away

Sales Hub Pro is $90/seat; Service Hub Pro is another $90; Marketing Hub Pro is $800/mo base. Odexy is one per-org bill regardless of seats or which modules you use.

You want the AI to update deals, not just draft emails

HubSpot AI drafts sequences; Odexy AI actually calls `crm.deal.update`, `crm.contact.merge`, `sales.invoice.create` on your behalf under your permissions.

Your invoicing lives elsewhere

HubSpot's payments is US-only + Stripe-only. Odexy ships every module: sales, invoicing, subscriptions, credit notes, 19 payment gateways — all joined to the deal that won them.

You've built custom-object bloat

HubSpot custom objects charge per-record over the free tier. Odexy treats every entity as first-class; no per-record cost, no schema-tax.

The honest version

What actually breaks — before it costs you a Monday morning.

  • Marketing Hub has no direct equivalent here today (broadcast email campaigns + landing-page builder + form-tracked-nurture). Most migrating teams either keep HubSpot Marketing on a Free tier for the form embeds, or move to a dedicated marketing tool (Customer.io, Mailchimp).
  • HubSpot email tracking pixels (open + click + link tracking) map to Odexy email metrics, but the exact deliverability + engagement dashboard shapes are different.
  • Reporting: HubSpot Reports rebuild as saved DataTable views + Tremor charts in Odexy. Complex multi-object attribution reports need a design pass in the sandbox period.
  • Meetings: HubSpot Meetings booking pages map to Odexy Calendar scheduling links, but we do not yet ship a fully embeddable public booking widget (Q4 2026 roadmap item).
  • Free-tier HubSpot users: the free CRM has generous limits; make sure the plan you land on covers your seat count + AI actions/day.
