What it does
Choose Continue with Microsoft on the sign-in page and you are in with the Microsoft account you already use. For companies on Microsoft 365, that is the directory you already run — no separate password to create or forget.
Signing in only proves who someone is. What they can see and do still comes from the roles your workspace gives them, and every change they make is recorded like any other.
Setup
Nothing to set up. Microsoft sign-in works for every workspace, on every plan.
What it is not
- Not an Outlook or Exchange sync. Connecting a Microsoft 365 inbox to the Mail module is a separate step you take in the product.
- Not SAML. If you need Entra ID as a SAML identity provider, see SAML 2.0 — it is not available yet.
