One operating system for your entire company.
Win the deal, run the project, pay your team and get paid — with one login, one bill, and an AI that can draft the invoice or file the expense for you.
$99 a month covers 40 people — never per seat.
Every deal on one board — its stage, its owner and its next step. The client signs, and the deal wins itself — the client, the team’s post and the kickoff follow. The same records run delivery, invoicing, payroll, chat and hiring.Sample data.

Every team you have. One place they all work.
Sales sees the same customer HR sees. Finance invoices the project your team is delivering. Nothing to sync, no integrations to buy, and no data trapped in a tool only one person logs into.
From a website lead to a won client
Leads land from your website forms on their own, and qualifying one makes its contact, company and deal in one step. When the client signs the proposal, the deal moves to Won by itself and asks to start the work: one approval sets up the project, the client’s channel and folder, and the team’s.
Explore CRM- A lead arrives from your website
- Qualify: contact, company and deal
- Proposal signed: the deal wins itself
- Won: client, project and team, set up
Deliver what you sold
The deal you win is kicked off into a project, its tasks already in place. Move the work and the status and progress follow, every task shows its owner, due date and time spent, and your client signs off milestones in their own portal.
Explore Projects- The deal’s kickoff sets up its project
- Move a card: status and progress follow
- Owner, due date and timer on every task
- Your client sees progress and signs off
From a signed proposal to a paid invoice
Your client reads the proposal, picks the options that suit them and signs it online, and it becomes an invoice in one click. Issue it and they get the PDF and a pay link, pay by card, and the invoice marks itself paid — and reminders can chase anyone who is late.
Explore Sales- Proposal chosen and signed online, invoiced in one click
- Issued and emailed with the PDF and a pay link
- Your client pays by card
- Marked paid by itself; late payers chased
Payroll from timesheets to your books
Approved hours and overtime are worked into pay in one click. A manager and finance sign off, every employee gets their payslip by email with the PDF, and you finish with a file for your bank, the run posted to your books and its full cost in front of you.
Explore Payroll- Approved hours, worked into pay
- Two sign-offs, both on record
- Every payslip out, PDF by email
- A bank file, books posted, full cost
From accepted offer to approved hours
An accepted offer becomes an employee with their pay, manager and onboarding checklist in one step. The joining pack goes out for e-signature, time off is approved from the list, and the hours you approve are the hours payroll pays.
Explore HR- Accepted offer, now an employee
- Joining pack sent and e-signed
- Time off approved in two clicks
- Hours approved for payroll
A chat where the work is already in the room
The kickoff opens the channel with the deal already in it. Three cited lines catch you up, the AI turns talk into tasks only when you approve, and your client works in a private space in the same chat.
Explore Chat- Catch up in one glance
- The deal lives in the chat
- Talk becomes approved tasks
- Your client, in the same chat
Files in their place, documents written together
Every client gets a folder they can open and one only your team sees. Write documents together live, share them with a link that expires and asks for a password, and bring back any earlier version.
Explore Drive- Every client gets a folder
- Write it together, live
- Share it on your terms
- Bring back any version
An assistant that does the work — and asks first
Ask in plain words and it answers from your own records, showing which ones. Hand it the busywork and it lays out every change — nothing reaches a client until you approve — then hands you the receipt.

What teams actually do in week one — not a generic onboarding checklist. Every step is something you can do on day one.
Day 1· Saturday afternoon · CRM
Imported your contacts from your old CRM’s export.
Upload the CSV, match its columns to contact fields, and review before anything is saved.
Same day· later · Sales
Sent Larkspur Media its first invoice, straight from the accepted quote.
INV-2026-0084 carries the quote’s line items, nothing re-typed, and goes out with a link where the customer pays it.
Day 3· Monday standup · Chat
Team moved standup into the chat on the Larkspur project.
Conversations sit on the deal, ticket or project they are about, with presence and unread counts.
Day 4· Tuesday · Recruitment
Posted the Senior Designer role to your careers page.
A public application form, a pipeline for the applicants, and an offer the candidate signs online.
Day 5· Wednesday · HR
Sent Nadia Farouk her joining pack — she signed from the link.
The offer’s pay copied onto her employee record, an onboarding checklist created, every step in the audit log.
Day 6· Thursday, after month end · Payroll
Ran September’s payroll.
Payslips issued and emailed to everyone, and a bank file — NACHA, SEPA, BACS or CSV — for your bank to pay from.
Day 7· Friday review · Reports
Reviewed the week without building a spreadsheet.
Receivables aging, payroll year-to-date and hiring from the built-in reports — and the assistant answers from the same records.
Free for 5 people, every module, no card.
One deal closes. Six things happen. Nobody re-types anything.

What teams ask before they switch.
Not answered here? Ask us directly
- Do we have to move everything at once?
- No. Turn on the modules you need now and add the rest whenever you like — there is nothing to migrate between them and no new bill when you do.
- Is it really priced per company rather than per seat?
- Yes. Each plan covers everyone up to its limit: 15 people on Starter, 40 on Team, 100 on Business. Adding people inside that limit never changes the bill. Per-seat pricing rewards a vendor when you hire; this only rewards us when you actually use it.
- What can the AI actually do?
- It uses the product the same way your team does — files the expense, drafts the invoice, screens the candidate — under the permissions of whoever asked, and it records everything it does. Anything marked irreversible it hands back to you to do yourself.
- What is not finished yet?
- Accounting, Inventory and E-invoicing are coming soon. Issued invoices, posted payroll runs and paid expenses already write ledger entries in the background, but there are no accounting screens yet. Every module page says plainly what ships now and what is coming.
